Come breathe the fresh mountain air, learn meditation in a calming setting and reconnect with nature.
A day that begins with good stretches, breathing exercises and a sharing circle.
A morning routine for every day, basic techniques will be given to young people to manage their anxiety.
A discussion will follow about what we want to bring with us to the mountain and what we want to take out of our bag and leave at the bottom.
We will climb one of the peaks in the Mont-Tremblant region, taking several breaks in nature to do reconnection exercises.
A healthy dinner will be served at the summit with a magnificent view.
We will then descend the mountain to meet at the bottom, enjoy herbal tea and share about the day.
