Treat yourself to a day of wellness in nature — while making a real difference in the life of a teenager.
By sponsoring the participation of a young person living with anxiety or depression (value of $100), you will receive a full day of activities for yourself (value of $200). You will become their guardian angel for a day.
Your experience includes the same activities as that of the young person you are mentoring:
Breathe in the fresh mountain air
Get started with meditation in a calming setting
Reconnect with nature and with yourself
The day begins with a stretching session, breathing exercises and a supportive sharing circle.
We will offer you a simple morning routine , along with basic techniques to soothe anxiety — which you can integrate into your daily life.
We will then immerse ourselves in the mountains, with several breaks in nature for reconnection exercises along the magnificent trails of Domaine Saint-Bernard. Afterwards, we will have dinner in a refuge on the riverbank.
At the end of the day, we will do deep breathing exercises. The day will conclude with a relaxing moment over herbal tea and a final sharing circle.

Duration: 7 hours (from 9 am to 4 pm)
